Child Safety.

Due Process.

Accountability.

The Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts (FCVFC) is a national 501(c)(3) and whistleblower organization dedicated to protecting children at risk in abuse-related custody litigation and advancing reform of the family courts that all too often cause lasting harm.

If abuse is being ignored in your custody case, you are not alone. Protective parents across the United States are facing parental alienation allegations, court-ordered reunification therapy, psychological evaluations, and custody threats after reporting abuse. The FCVFC provides nationwide support and strategic intervention in abuse-related custody battles where child safety has been minimized, reframed, or displaced in family court.

How We Work

The FCVFC advances its mission through two coordinated branches. Whether we are working with a single family or addressing the broader systemic deficiencies, our focus remains the same: child safety and accountability for harm in family court.

Public Advocacy & Systemic Reform

Through our nonprofit efforts, the FCVFC engages in national advocacy, education, and whistleblowing. We address systemic failures and harmful practices in family courts and pursue accountability for harm to children or protective parents arising from custody proceedings.

Private Abuse-Related Case Services

For families navigating high-risk custody disputes, the FCVFC offers privately retained, specialized support. This includes strategic litigation services rooted in trauma science and multidisciplinary expertise aimed at restoring accuracy, integrity, and child safety in the courtroom.
